How AI is used in Deep Map
Deep Map uses artificial intelligence to draw your Reading and your Anatomy from your responses. Here is exactly how it works.
The instrument is not AI
The 2,160-card instrument is a fixed, human-designed thing. The 432 patterns, the five angles at each pattern, the card texts, the block algorithm, and the scoring rules were designed by a human. AI does not choose which cards you see, when they appear, or how your responses are scored.
The Reading and Anatomy are AI-generated, then human-reviewed
When you finish the trace, your cell scores are sent to an AI model along with carefully-designed prompts written by the instrument’s author. The AI drafts your Reading and your Anatomy against those prompts.
Every reading is then reviewed by a person before it is released to you. The reviewer checks the reading against your actual pattern data, corrects anything that misrepresents you, and approves the final version. You will never receive an AI draft that a human has not read.
What the AI receives
- Your cell-score data (how each of the 432 patterns scored across your responses).
- Structured instructions for reading generation.
What the AI does not receive
- Your card-by-card responses in raw form.
- Your payment information or delivery address.
No training on your data
We use the AI provider’s API under terms that prohibit your data from being used to train or improve their models. Your data is used solely to generate your Reading and Anatomy, and is not retained by the AI provider between sessions.
What the instrument does not do
Deep Map does not diagnose, and it is not therapy. It reads behavioural patterns — the loops you actually run — and nothing else. It is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.
Straight statistics
Deep Map is new. Its long-term evidence base is being built by every person who completes it. You will never see an invented statistic on this site — when we say “most people,” we will have counted.
